Good but not perfect.

Pros: Clean and modern with big hotel facilities. Excellent staff.

Cons: New hotel but noisy, old style air con. Had to sleep with it turned off which made everything too hot. We had two uncomfortable nights.

Pros: Staff were very helpful. Facilities were wonderful.

OK, but not great and expensive for what it is. Only if you need to stay exactly in this zone

Pros: The swimming pool is nice and was not crowded. Restaurant was excellent

Cons: Room was a little worn so it didn't seem on par with the price. It was clean though

Pros: Very nice and clean. Staff friendly and keen to answer all questions. Separate towels for swimming pool are a very good idea .

Pros: Plus: -the room was good, it was silent, i could good a good night's rest. -the bathroom was nice, quality materials -the parking was ok -the staff was helpful, very heplful, gave us restaurant recomendations and also told us where to park in the city center.

Cons: It is very far from Aix. Without a car you have no chance of visiting, not even with public transport, in my opinion. I knew it was far and i selected this hotel for the reviews and for the parking, so i was not bothered by this personally.

Pros: Everything, on the whole, was good. The first room we were given had some strange noise periodically coming out of the AC unit. We thought it’d go away eventually, but it didn’t. After we notified the reception, they moved us to another room, so nothing to complain about.

Cons: The hotel restaurant doesn’t seem to be open on weekends, so if you are going to arrive in the evening it may be best to make alternative plans for dinner.

Great base for sightseeing in Provence

Pros: Hotel is at a great location as a base for day trips by car. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is very tasteful and various. Pool area is nice to spend some time to relax. Reception staff is also very helpful.

Great stay - all too short

Pros: The ambience. The food. The cleanliness. The staff friendliness. The room was comfortable and the air-conditioning was a godsend. The pool looked very inviting.p.

Cons: Only an initial misunderstanding tegarding the availability of the restaurant on Bastille Day, which was quickly sorted out on arrival.
