Comfortable stay, very modern facility, need to have a car

Pros: Large apartment, good quality, good breakfast, helpful reception staff

Good hotel, in a nice location but sadly the staff makes it difficult to go back again.

Pros: Very nice location, very beautiful hotel with nice facilities.

Cons: The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, they didn’t care to help. Most of them didn’t speak or understand English and it was very difficult even to order in their restaurant. No fridge in the rooms and the safe wasn’t working.

Very comfortable

Pros: The room was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great and staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Not having a fridge in the room, but apart from that there was everything

pleasant stay

Pros: A nice, high-quality hotel. The tennis courts offered us extra activities during our vacation. The rooms are minimally furnished and beautiful. The staff is attentive, and the food, especially breakfast, is very good. The pool and its surroundings are very pleasant.

Beautiful, professional and relaxing!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. Lots of pools and sports options. And the spa is lovely. The rooms are away from the noisy areas which is a very big bonus for me as a light sleeper - but not so far that its weird or a problem at all. The beds are all brand new so super comfy. I was a little worried before arriving based on some earlier reviews - but honestly dont worry at all - I suspect these were teething problems as it is a big property and likely less staff during the off season. As a very active traveller across lots of different countries, formats and prices, I can assure you everything is up to scratch - including the service. And they deserve their 4 stars. Staff were amazing, professional, friendly and very responsive. Everything you would expect. Really fair. Good with kids too. We had a lovely time!

Cons: As its in Provence, it would have been nice to have mini fridges in the rooms to keep things fresh. But this feels like a modern trend in hotels globally, so not sure its really a fault. BUT they did have a proper coffee machine (pods) - which was amazing as we are noticing these are dissapearing from hotel rooms more and more too! And free water bottles. So this was a bonus.

Impressive

Pros: This property is wonderful. Second stay for us. Our previous stay was only 2 months ago when I left a review which listed some possible improvements. Well how impressed was I with the detailed response. And to be back and see action taken on this was extra impressive. The outside pool area and bar is so relaxing and beautiful. We dined at the outdoor restaurant and the service was great along with the menu which had slightly changed since our first visit. We also used the spa which I recommend to book before your stay. We used the gym which has an excellent range of equipment and is actually a large training area not like most hotels. Our room was on the 2nd level and looked onto the golf course. All was comfortable and spacious for the three of us. A big thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff.

Great place for sportive guests or transit travelers

Pros: Nice new hotel as a part of a sport club. Friendly staff, nice location with lot of green. Very simple but very clean rooms.

Cons: We had to pay an extra charge for the dog ( this is ok)but there was nothing for the dog. No bowl for water or food, no blanket. Some other hotels are doing better this.

Pros: Excellent location, and the hotel offers a wide range of sports facilities. Clean and spacious rooms. All recommendations from our side.

An exceptionally nice place to stay, just super!
