Cons: En hiver on se gèle un peu en traversant la coursive (qui mène à la chambre). Etudier un moyen de l'abriter du vent.

Bien pour un court séjour

Pros: La taille de la chambre. Le confort du lit Le parking gratuit. Les lignes de bus à 2 pas.

Cons: Chambre pas suffisamment insonorisée on entend les voitures sur le parking et dans la rue surtout les motos. Pour le prix de la chambre une boîte de mouchoirs serait bienvenue. Personnel aimable en général. Je mets un bémol sur le monsieur qui était au bar vendredi 20/02 soir et son attitude irrespectueuse : je lui demande s’il est possible de commander un en-cas il me répond « on fait seulement le buffet » je lui explique que je n’ai pas très faim et que le buffet sera trop. Lui me répond : « si c’est une question d’argent vous n’aurez pas moins cher avec un en cas » !! C’est inadmissible et pas professionnel qu’un client se voit répondre cela. Ce n’était pas une question d’argent dans mon cas mais de peu d’appétit. Et si c’était un problème d’argent imaginez l’embarras dans lequel il aurait mis le client …vraiment je n’ai jamais vu ni entendu cela ailleurs ! Il faut vraiment former ce monsieur à la relation client svp.

SUPER RECOMENDABLE

Pros: La habitación es super cómoda! La cama es un lujo realmente. Tiene calefacción que podés elegir vos la temperatura lo que es muy útil. El desayuno es INCREIBLE! Muchas opciones, prodcutos frescos y deliciosos. La atención también fue excelente!
