Nice hotel with amazing pool area

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our room was delightful, featuring a beautiful private garden that made our experience even more special. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, close to all the main attractions in Provence. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area—it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Cons: Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel, but a few issues left us with a bittersweet impression, which we feel is important to include in our review. Firstly, the staff spoke very little English, which made communication somewhat challenging. Additionally, we found the pricing for breakfast and bicycle rental to be high. Since we had an early departure, we received a breakfast package consisting of peaches and two pastries per person—for a total of €52—which we felt was quite excessive. Our biggest concern, however, was with the payment process. We had already paid for our accommodation in advance via Booking.com using scheduled payment. Despite this, we were asked to pay again at check-out because the hotel claimed they couldn’t see the original payment in their system. They promised to investigate and contact us the following day, but we received no communication from them for over a week. Even our complaint submitted to Booking.com went unanswered. Eventually, after escalating the issue through Booking.com’s higher-level support, we received a promise—two weeks after our departure—that the duplicate payment would be refunded. And finally it was refunded. We understand that system errors and misunderstandings can happen. However, for a hotel of this category and price range, the way the issue was handled felt unfair and unacceptable, and unfortunately, it cast a shadow over our overall experience.

A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Pros: The room was excellent, plenty of space, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a big shower as well as a bath. Rooms 1-3 share a small pool, none of the other rooms do so that’s an extra bonus. The main pool is very nice too. There’s only 15 rooms in the hotel so it never feels busy. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the evening was very good.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Really gorgeous and beautifully kept. Provence at its best.

Gorgeous Provençal hotel, I would highly recommend it!

Pros: The hotel has beautiful interiors and a lovely calm, quiet atmosphere. The gardens are also amazing!

Wonderful and would return

Pros: Wonderful welcome by warm hosts. Beautiful setting and spotless grounds. Super suit, good facilities and very comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Restaurant interesting, very good breakfast.

Cons: A couple of issues with housekeeping which were quickly rectified.

Excellent place for a stay or stopover.

Pros: A beautiful property with great staff. My flight got delayed, I had not entered the full satnav code and late getting there. The hotel actually called me! They waited for me to arrive - I was super impressed. I was only staying the night en route to somewhere, but will definitely return as it has everything you could want for a vacation!

Cons: I loved everything about it, apart from the weather… it was raining!! I loved the place and think in the summer especially it would be just wonderful.

Provence

Pros: great location , nice rooms, good bed, nice pool area

Cons: lights in bathroom and toilet might be nice to look at, but it feels like constant dimmed and not very helpful . The restaurant is everything but to recommend. Whereby taste is rather subjective, so we do not judge that we did not like the food at all, but when one has to pay 36 Euro+ for a main course , you could at least expect that the food served is warm and not cold. The feedback was noticed to the waiter, and he really went to the chef to let him know and offered us some cheese as excuse. Well, the excuse was then on the bill, so not really an excuse, and the 16 Euro for it did also not feel like it. Disappointing experience. Sad, because the place has really something to offer but tries to be something it is not , 5 stars + Michelin like restaurant

Great stay in a superb place with great stay

Pros: fantastic location super nice people, a great pool, good restaurant, perfect breakfast and a beautiful room.

Great location and facilities, food a bit disappointing

Pros: The property is lovely, surrounded by fields of vines. Our room was specious and comfortable. Staff, particularly the room service staff was very friendly. Ideal location to relax.

Cons: The breakfast was a disappointment. Coming to Provence, I was expecting to taste the local produce, instead we had a choice of the same three cheeses and three cold meats every morning. The omelette sometimes took 30 min to arrive, even on very quite mornings. While the breakfasts were too simple, the dinner were over the top, very expensive for what they were.
