Well located and cared for apartment in the centre of Aix.

Pros: Quiet, large apartment and a short walk to everything … very short! Veronique was excellent at doing the job for Tourism France by providing a map and suggestions for dinner and activities.

Cons: No issues at all!

Perfect location

Pros: Very good location. Great decor. What we needed Veronique very helpful and made two great restaurant bookings

Cons: One comfy chair would be great.

Lovely spacious appartment central Aix

Pros: Lovely, spacious apartment in an excellent location in Aix, close to Le Cours Mirabeau, Musée Granet and Rue d’Italie. Comfortable bed, good shower and a convenient in-house breakfast option. Appreciated having a coffee maker, kitchen area and washing machine also the allocated parking place in a secure parking station a short drive away after dropping off the bags ~ 7 minutes walk away from the apartment. Veronique kindly made a restaurant booking at a very nice nearby restaurant on the night we arrived, and was alway available and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Pros: Maison Dauphine is in a perfect location for exploring the historic heart of the city. It occupies a tall period building just a few minutes from the main tree-lined avenue, and has been decorated with great thought and flair. Hostess Veronique is helpful and responsive.

Cons: Unfortunately we were allocated the top floor apartment in the building, which meant climbing six flights of stairs each time we went back. This was a bit of a killer, especially when first arriving with heavy luggage! Also this apartment lacks the lovely tall windows in the other units.

Pros: The hostess warm welcome and her caring and show us what’s nice around the city. She even helped us to lift our heavy luggages. Great appreciated! And the house is very cozy and nice. I can have a good sleep! So happened, our second night the electricity of a few buildings are stopped, hostess waited in the apartment for the news update and ask us go for a dinner. You can never find a responsible hostess like her. She is really charming.

Cons: Nothing or maybe no lift.

Excellent would happily stay again.

Pros: Overall an excellent one night stay. Veronique’s communication was very helpful. We hugely appreciated her meeting us, getting us parked in a convenient local garage and helping us with our baggage. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Cours Mirabeau so very convenient. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen superbly appointed.

Cons: Nothing to mention

Lovely stay in a beautifully decorated home.

Pros: Beautiful place, close to the city center, clean, and had everything we needed. Veronique and Natacha were great hosts! They even provided breakfast for the first morning.

Cons: Only thing was that we stayed on the top floor, which had low ceilings, less natural light, and lots of steps for a toddler. It may be more reasonable to advertise the top floor as a separate booking so people aren’t surprised by it. However, I do think with the top floor you get more square footage, so that’s a plus.

Pros: Veronique is a beautiful host and went out of her way to make our stay perfect including helping with transportation and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our apartment was delightful and comfortable with beautiful artistic accents. The layout was spacious and functional for two adults. French doors from the living and kitchen areas looked over a busy side street letting us enjoy the neighborhood activity but the bedroom in the back was perfectly quiet for sleeping. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and dining area. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Cons: Loved it all.

Pros: Charmant appartement joliment décoré et confortablement équipé. Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par Véronique qui a veillé aux moindres détails de notre séjour par des conseils avisés.

Cons: Rien

Pros: Great location and super nice decoration. Friendly host. Will for sure come back again.

Cons: A little bit inconvenient to carry the big luggage to 3rd floor but the host helped me with it.
