Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Aix en Provence Centre Palais des Congrès

Pros: I am impressed by the city. We stayed only for one night. We were glad to know that checkout time was at 12 PM - it's so convenient. The kitchen is small, but it's enough for preparing breakfast. The location is good - near a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. You can leave your car in a private parking lot (additional service)

Great economic place to stay close to the city centre

Pros: Very convenient location a few minutes walk from the city center. Very quiet. Parking is a huge bonus Staff was always very helpful

Disappointing!

Pros: Our first room was spacious with an extra bedroom. It had front outlooks on 3rd floor. There was a simple but useable kitchenette which we used. See note below.

Cons: We started to cook our supper purchased at the supermarket on the corner of the road when the electricity supply blew out. I was unable to trip it back and I called the night manager. He offered for us to stay IN THE ROOM WITHOUT ANY LIGHT OR POWER for the night and we could have 2 free breakfasts OR he would move us to another room. We moved rooms, it was much smaller located next to the loft motor room so that we heard every lift movement. NOT GOOD. There was no real apology from anyone.

Very pleasant stay in this central location

Pros: Very central, stylish, very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast bar the coffee.

Cons: Bathroom needs an update, in particular bath/shower. Coffee at breakfast, bought Nespresso from the machine outside. (Not sure if the machine was faulty )

Pros: The room was small but comfortable. Car parking under the building was convenient and the luggage storage area was appreciated. A short walk to the old town of Aix en Provence.

Cons: Having to pay for car parking.

Pros: Loved the accommodation. It’s right next to the center, walking distance to the bus station and train station, the room is big, bed is amazingly huge, kitchen is equipped and in bathroom there is a bath tub. I don’t really need anything else.

A lovely apartment in a quiet location in beautiful Aix-en-Provence.

Pros: It was great having the 1 bedroom apartment. Bed was comfy and good size wardrobe. Nice towels and bathroom smellies. Brilliant location to the town, local supermarket just up the road and near station. Quiet location.

Cons: Just a few things to feed-back: the (free) safe in the wardrobe, didn’t work and maintenance didn’t call to mend as we were told. No plug for the kitchen sink & no teaspoons. A tea towel would have been helpful for drying dishes. Only one bedside table. The plug in the bath didn’t seem to work either. Only 2 toilet rolls ……that literally only just lasted for our stay!

Pros: Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the centre. Location is great for people travelling by car, as it was easy to drive there and there is underground parking lot. The entrance to the parking was a but hard to find but otherwise it was good.

Pros: I have been to Odalys city five times, the rooms are after renovation, which was brand new, and everything was so clean and comfortable. As for every visit, plentiful and generous breakfasts with hot and cold dishes and kind and helpful staff are a matter of course!

Cons: Just prices should be a bit lower.
