Good value for money

Pros: Ideal for my purpose : desk, parking option, location (easy access to highway). The facility provides all I need.

Cons: Location is good, however to go grocery shopping a car is recommended.

Expect some cleaning.....

Pros: The flat had full amenities and the pull out bed was really easy to use. There was more than enough cutlery as well as plates and pans etc. There was also air conditioning which was very useful as it was very hot. There was a direct bus line into the city centre which was great. The person at the front desk was super helpful and was available for anything we needed. She even made breakfast as well one morning! She spoke several languages and was really good at customer service.

Cons: The flat was not very clean. When we opened a curtain, there were enormous cobwebs on it. We had to rewash the cutlery and the dishes and the sink got blocked. One other member of staff was quite rude as when I asked him for toilet paper (in French) he said he didn't have any, even though we could see it. As much as we enjoyed the breakfast, it wasn't worth 9€.

Pros: We liked the professionalism, knowledge level, and availability of the lady at reception. I think her name was Raluca. We missed one of the toll gates, and she was awesome in helping us to sort out the problem. Thanks,

An amazing trip in the beautiful Aix-en-Provence

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the apartment is spacious for one person, but I imagine it would be great even for two, I had everything I needed from the kitchenware to the bathroom toiletries. Would definitely come back!

Cons: The check in was a little late- 3 p.m. You have to take the garbage out yourself. I found one bug in the bathroom, only one thank God!

Pros: Hotel service is very considerate, email in advance to inform the hotel check-in related information, the reception staff is very warm and patient. The room is large and tidy, and the kitchen is well-equipped and comfortable.

20 minute walk into town and very quiet

Pros: A good size area for a several-night stay. Good bedroom; good lounge with sofa, dining table and work desk; bath and shower; separate WC; fridge and cooking facilities (though I didn't use these) and large wardrobe facilities. A very quiet area with little traffic noise.

Cons: Room lighting could have been better and a few more power sockets needed. USB charging points could be installed as an update.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and we didn't hear any noise. The found the kitchen very useful but didn't use it. The bath was clean and the water had good pressure. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons: While we got an email telling us about the parking, we didn't get any email telling us that we had to ask for a code before entering the parking. Not a very big problem, but it would improve the experience if it was mentioned beforehand.

Pros: comfortable, quiet place, public transport to centre

Pros: Very comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and everything was well organised.

Cons: Could have kept more than 1 set of toilet roll.
