Convenient place to stay

Pros: Comfortable room with well equipped kitchenette, very well located between bus and railway station and city centre

Cons: Early evening after arrival there was a complete power cut due to the kettle and I could not reach anyone from the aparthotel staff. I had to present myself the morning after at the reception desk and luckily could change rooms but was in the dark till then without facilities. I think in case of emergencies there should be a contact person. Furthermore the bathroom is tiny but all functions well . The kitchenette could use a small saucepan with lid ! to cook rice etc, would be practical.

Cons: It was starting to look a bit shabby in the room and shower Not enough coat hangers Check out was at 12h so we went for a walk in the morning but discovered on our return that out room was already being cleaned with our things still in it.

Good choice for Step-Free Aparhotel close to the city center.

Pros: I was pleased to find that the hotel was totally step free as I use a compact electric wheelchair. I did not stay in a room with adapted bathroom, but I had space for my wheelchair and it met my needs. This was an convenient location, and I enjoyed the ability to self-cater, but I spent significantly above my normal budget to stay here.

Cons: Above my regular budget.

Would stay here again if I come back to Aix.

Pros: Great location very close to the centre. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Bar stools are rather uncomfortable for older people. Lower chairs and breakfast bar would be preferable.

Cons: The toilet/bathroom is way to small! I banged my head quite badly in the immersion heater.

Cons: Bathroom fittings could do with an upgrade. Asked for a twin room but as I was travelling with a friend there was only room for two single beds pushed together so more like a double.

A must stay

Pros: Good value. Location near Carrefour supermarket and old town centre.

Cons: No cleaning unless you stay more than a week. Throw garbage yourself next door.

Pros: We like vegetables and fruit. If they can add them to the breakfast. It will be great.

Cons: We need a Water-absorbing mop in the washing room.
