Lovely stay and friendly host in lovely location with modern spacious building.

Pros: Lovely helpful host, high end finishes, spacious and everything you could ask for.

Cons: Some aspects of the property are yet to be finished and a little more organisation around breakfast although it’s trivial seeing everything was ideal for our stay.

Pros: Very quiet place to stay with a very friendly and helpful host. We would love to come back. Spacious rooms with great views. A breakfast with all you can possibly want.

Pros: We liked just about everything. Bernard is a great host. The house is on superb location in nature and very quiet and peaceful. Just what we really needed to rest and relax. We reccomand this property to everyone and we will surely visit this place again..and again..and again..

Pros: Bernard, the owner, was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and shared his local knowledge of where to go and what to see. The views from the house are breathtaking.

Wonderful experience at fair price

Pros: Bernard our host was really helpfull since we have arrived, even booking our dinner in an excelent local french restaurant. The place is a big house in a wonderful remote landscape. Beside being the smallest of the guesthouse, our room was enormous, with a king size very confortable bed. The breakfast prepared by Bernard was the same or better than the 5 star hotels we had been staying on the previous days, with a big offering of french cheeses. And was a real pleasure to be able to swimm in the 25m pool after waking up the next day.

Cons: The only problem was that we only had 1 day to be on the guesthouse. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to France.

A beautiful, modern guesthouse with large rooms, a great pool and stunning views

Pros: This is a modern relatively newly built home with very spacious guest rooms, a lovely swimming pool and stunning views of the mountains. Bernard is a charming host, full of suggestions for things to do in the area and keen to make you as welcome as possible. He clearly loves his home and wants guest to love it too. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of fresh pastries and bread, yoghurts, fresh fruit and the option for cooked eggs. Breakfast seating is around a large communal table - which was a lovely way to get to know other people and to chat with Bernard. Guests are also invited to use the fridge in the large open plan kitchen/dining area and to help themselves to cold water at any time, which is one of many thoughtful touches. The rooms are really large and well appointed with air conditioning, quality furniture, luxury bedding and a large Smart TV.

Cons: The house is something of a 'work in progress'. There are quite a few small building snags that still require attention, and some \

Pros: Bernard is a really great host. He cares for you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is modern, the rooms are really big, the terrasses are even bigger. The rooms have all features you might wish for.

Cons: The house is just being finished - so watch for some odds here and there, the swimming pool is not yet ready - but that might change soon (as of June 2025), so just double-check if it is important for you. But once the pool will be ready, just consider it is 25m long - so a really great pool.

Pros: Le Belvédère de Sainte-Victoire est le B&B offrant le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que nous ayons jamais connu — et pourtant, à 50 ans, nous en avons fréquenté un certain nombre. Bernard est un hôte généreux et passionné, ce qui ne fait qu’ajouter au plaisir du séjour.
