A Perfect Stay at The View Aix-en-Provence

Pros: We were warmly welcomed by the owners with a friendly aperitif on the villa’s terrace, which offers a magnificent view. They gave us plenty of great tips about places to visit and excellent restaurants, and kindly helped us settle into our Cézanne suite. The suite is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked with quality toiletries and shampoo. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, even though the water was a bit (too) cool. Breakfast was à la carte, made with delicious local products and prepared with great care. A truly wonderful stay — we highly recommend The View Aix-en-Provence!

A very relaxing luxury vacation

Pros: The place is very relaxing, the room was large with a separate dressing room & bathroom, the room was air conditioned with a silent system, the views were simply amazing & the pool & sun bathing area were superb. Jean-Patrick & Valarie (The Hosts) were very welcoming & extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was anything you wanted & things could be ordered from various take-out services if you just wanted to stay around the resort.

Pros: We have really enjoyed the stay at the view from the very first moment. Valerie pay attention to every detail to make your stay even more comfortable. Nice view, private at the swiming pool and at the terrace, extraordinary breakfast, water and cleaning every morning… Best was the many advices about restaurants and places to visite, which makes our stay even better experience.

Pros: Situated 10 minutes from the town of Aix-en-Provence it’s a perfect oasis and ideally located to explore the region.

We were delighted with our choice and highly recommend a stay when in Provence.

Pros: The location was perfect, a long view over the Provençal countryside. Accommodation of a high quality, great shower and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast overlooking the pool and pretty garden. The host and hostess were a delight, nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Secure parking Excellent hosts- friendly and attentive- with wonderful suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing- Thank you! Amazing accommodation with views and a Fantastic pool and wonderfully maintained gardens! The bed was the best we slept on for the whole trip! Thank you - we slept so well.😀

Cons: Google didn’t seem to recognise exact location - we found in the end with the help of a charming local business ! 👍😜

Excellent hosts and accommodation.

Pros: Nice hosts, lovely accommodation and everything was just about spot on. Very clean and good breakfast.

Cons: Access to property is appalling. Pot hole ridden driveway on a steep slope. Low car be very very careful. Although property is excellent and a good size the photos are taken with a ‘magic’ camera. Also separate living room should actually say separate living area. Most importantly do not use Apple Maps to find the place the location is badly wrong. You must use Google maps.

Amazing views, great swimming pool, super comfortable bed and amazing hosts!

Pros: For my husband and I, the View Aix en Provence, was an incredible experience. Valérie and JP left no stone unturned to give us a memorable stay. From the great conversations to the delicious breakfasts (of our choice) in the morning we felt absolutely spoilt. Even though we arrived earlier than initially planned, our room was all ready for us and even set to a perfect temperature. JP and Valérie greeted us with cold drinks and we sat overlooking an inviting pool and beautiful views discussing a list of recommendations for our stay. Their recommendations both for activities and food were incredible, Valérie even arranged dinner reservations for us. We absolutely can’t wait to come back again. Highlight of our trip! Pros: Although the location and the accommodation were excellent, the most extraordinary thing in our trip was Valery and JP hospitality. They were extremely friendly, helping, nice and available to give us information and suggestions on things to visit in Provence. We spent quality time talking to them. I don’t have enough words to thank them for their kindness and hospitality.
