Novotel Aix-en-Provence Pont de L'Arc

Pros: Welcoming staff, good value for money, great breakfast, good shower. Good room for a family with kids with a sofa bed. We were offered some drinks on arrival. Nice bar to relax and read before going to bed. Free parking onsite. Easy to reach from the road.

Pros: Very kind personnel, all ready room, super comfortable bed and pillows.

Pros: Great value for money and location was fantastic, especially if you have a car. Great parking and only a 10 minute drive to the centre of town. Would definitely stay there again. Florent at Reception was exceptionally helpful. Thank you so much.

Nowhere in France beats Novotel in Aix; Apart from Hotel Marronniers in Paris.

Pros: Novotel Pont de l' Arc is an ideal location for car based roaming of Provence and Cote de Azure, as it has been for our family for three decades. It has direct motorway access, easy off street parking, is 10 minutes from the center of Aix and close to a full range of local food and support services. Room, breakfast, pool etc set a standard that is rarely met elsewhere at the same price level.

Cons: In short...nothing! For three decades it has provided ideal accommodation and touring access to the wonders of Aix and the whole of Provence and deserves to be classified as a National Treasure in terms of successful Provençale Cultural and Tourism Initiative.

Good hotel, not so centraly located.

Pros: Hotel was ok, we stayed only 1 night. There was a slight confusion on arrival regarding the position of the hotel because google maps and waze show it is a lot before its real position so we had problems communicating with hotel since the number shown is their central number and nobody replied. We thought that we came to wrong place especially bc neighborhood is somehow out of center and close to speed road, there was a Circus and not so many people arroud so it is easy to conlcude you are at the wrong place. However just 5 minutes forward we found it. To get to center of Aix the best is to leave car at the hotel parking and take Uber or Taxi. It is just 10 minutes away from the center.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Resort vibes

Pros: Comfortable rooms, pool fantastic in the hot weather. Beautiful garden for evening relaxation

Cons: Not a problem for us but it is a distance from the centre of the town and limited buses on the weekend. But the bonus is the calm and quiet atmosphere

Pros: I liked the location as a place and easy parking, I liked all the staff, very clean and relaxing place to be.

Cons: My fault, I didn’t realise out of town so I was disappointed with myself.

Really nice accommodation, but unless you have some mode of transport it’s hard to get to places.
