Cons: We prefer a walk in shower, not a bath tub with a hand held shower.

Luxurious, in a quiet quartier while being only minutes away from the town centre.

Pros: Breakfast good, though not superb. Dinner, in contrast, was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. Decor is of the highest standard.

Cons: It is hard to find anything to criticise.

Pros: The property is really beautiful; with lovely rooms and a nice pool area. We were given some complimentary gifts at check in (tote bag, beach towels) which was a great touch. The location is also good and within an easy 15 min walk of the town centre. Staff were also very kind.

Cons: Although we found the room to be good value for money, we thought other aspects of the stay were a little overpriced (e.g. €30 parking, €40PP breakfast, €25 poolside cocktails). The air conditioning in our room also wasn’t great which made our sleep a bit uncomfortable as we stayed during a heatwave.

We rarely return to a venue but have already looked to rebook! Fabulous all over.

Pros: A most beautifully designed and restored property. Finishing and decor of an exceptionally high standard. We never had an issue with pool loungers - always a choice! Pool and loungers always kept tidy. Room extras were a pleasant quality surprise. Plenty of bathroom supplies, including sun cream and hats. Complete range and abundance of pillow options. This whole place is immaculate. Beautiful gardens with benches and serenity. Pool ‘facilities’ including showers and changing facilities were constantly cleaned throughout. Superb help from Quentin, the concierge, with meals and restaurants. From arriving and being greeted by Alexandra and Chad, to sadly being waved off by Marine, every staff member was excellent. At peak times, the very good breakfast did get busy but not to become an issue.

Cons: Nothing really although with the beautiful weather and swimming pool, even a five minute wait for some rose wine could feel longer than it was in truth.

We will be back…and we’re from Australia so it’s a long flight but so worth it!

Exceptional Stay at Villa Saint-Ange – Luxury with a Personal Touch

Pros: Our stay at Villa Saint-Ange was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and well cared for—especially by Quentin, the wonderful concierge. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering a personal touch that elevated our experience. The rest of the staff were also excellent—professional, friendly, and discreetly attentive. Travelling with our 7-month-old could have been stressful, but instead, it was relaxing and easy thanks to the thoughtful team. They created a beautiful crib setup and even arranged a babysitter for one evening so we could enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant—which, like breakfast, was absolutely exceptional. The pool is stunning, the facilities are everything you’d expect from a five-star hotel, and the atmosphere is calm and elegant. The hotel is well-located for exploring Provence and is just a short drive from Marseille Airport. A truly memorable and luxurious stay—we would return in a heartbeat.
