Relaxing, clean & central but not a spa hotel.
Pros: As part of a 2 week spa / relaxation holiday we stayed 2 nights here. Excellent central location with helpful staff. We had an excellent massage in the property which was arranged by the property staff. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. It was relaxing and quiet - we were the only guests staying during our January visit.
Cons: It is more of a B & B rather than a boutique hotel. It is listed as a spa hotel but only has a steam room which is turned on by request and a plunge pool at 20 degrees.

Grace, Charm, and True Hospitality
Pros: My wife and I stayed at La Maison d’Aix during our trip through Provence. An unforgettable stay. It is much more than a hotel — it feels like being invited to a refined friend’s home in the heart of Aix. Emma, the hostess, is cultured, elegant, and effortlessly multilingual, making everything feel natural and special. The house itself is a gem — full of history, contemporary design, and intimate charm. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and stylish, and the private spa is a true luxury. A wonderful surprise and one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed in Provence.

A luxurious stay in the middle of the beautiful old town of Aix en Provence
Pros: La Maison d'Aix was more like a luxury villa. It was beautiful, immaculately clean and we were received like royalty. There was no request that was not answered immediately. The setting and decor were wonderful , with fresh marvelous roses brought in daily. The manager, Emma, was extremely professional and friendly. The stay was like balm to our soul.

Beautifully Boutique - Highly Recommend.
Pros: Very comfortable and stylish hotel. Only four rooms but very cute, downstairs kitchen with honour bar was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.
Cons: Booking.com listing suggested there was parking onsite which there was not. Also listing showed an indoor swimming pool however we didn't see one, nor was one mentioned? Not sure. Was lovely all the same and i would stay again.

Highly recommend here for a stay in Aix-en-Provence, will definitely return again.
Pros: Location was excellent and the breakfast was superb - highly recommend having breakfast!
Cons: Parking for a car is not great for peak times, you may end up having to park a distance from the hotel at busy times.

Stunning property, perfect location.
Pros: We loved the location & the personal welcome we received. The property is beautifully restored & has everything you need. The rooms are extremely comfortable & spotlessly clean. We loved it.
Cons: It's impossible to find fault but perhaps it's important to say that there is no lift & some rooms are up 2 or 3 flights of stairs. Not suitable for everyone
