Highly recommended.

Pros: I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They were warm, friendly and very helpful.

Cons: It would have been good to have a healthier choice such as muesli for breakfast.

Nice hotel in great location but don't go for the cheapest room !!

Pros: Nice hotel , lovely staff , great location but our room was very small and dark so definitely book an upstairs room !

Cons: Our small dark room ! No chairs to put clothes Luckily we had brought our own kettle and cups !!

Lovely central location

Pros: Lovely central location and very comfortable. Room was a good size and bathroom really well designed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really. It was on a main road so the traffic was in evidence. But it didn't keep me awake. I imagine in the summer having the doors open might be an issue.

Good option in AIX

Pros: Ambre ,the smart and hard working lady at the reception, was very attentive and kind enough to help us when we wanted to change rooms. A room with a tiny balcony. A narrow elevator in the lobby will bring you to all the floors. The location is great, rue d’italy around the corner with shops and restaurants. We took a taxi from Marseille airport to get there : 65 euro. Also possible to take the bus in front of the airport building at 10 eu each. The bus station is a 15 min walk away over Cour Mirabeau , turn right on rue Italy. Hotel is just around the corner at the end. A big supermarket is opposite the hotel which is convenient. Also a nice spacious hotel across the street : rue roi René.

Cons: Rooms are not spacious, a waterhotcup is tucked in a dark corner. Also a nespresso coffeemaker available which was nice.
