Hôtel Vendôme

Pros: I stayed in a single room with an attached bathroom. The room and bathroom were super clean and decently spacious. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows :) Everything you need from towel/shower gel/TV/Kettle/Coffee is included. They had a cozy little dining area with several amenities as well. You can walk from the hotel to the main fountain easily as well. It's definitely worth the money.

Cons: Nothing.

It’s a solid 2 star hotel, small rooms but clean and quiet.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating. They kept my luggage for me when I had business and town and couldn’t find locker storage.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. They are a real asset. For the price, this hotel is a real find.

I have recommended this hotel to my workplace as it is excellent value for money.

Pros: I liked the cool room in such hot weather, the kind and helpful staff, the cleanliness and good state of the room. I liked being able to walk quickly to the bus station to get to work easily. The centre of town is not far away, and there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. I appreciated having a kettle so that I could make tea in the morning as I had a very early start each day and so was too early for breakfast in the hotel.

Cons: It was all fine.

Pros: I liked the centrality of the location and having a reply about a book I had forgotten in the room. I understand that it has been posted back to me and I am really looking forward to receiving it back. I would like to say a special that thank you to Mme Baya for her help in this matter

Cons: I would have liked a free bottle of water and being able to make a hot drink in the evening. I did not understand why I could not use the kettle in the breakfast room to make a cup of tea in the evening. I would certainly have appreciated this facility if it was made available!

Comfortable and clean

Pros: A short walk in to the old city and nice and private. Rooms were air conditioned and staff very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: Rooms and bathrooms small, though very well set up.

Pros: it was a small property and only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Aix. the room was lovely and cosy and I felt safe as a solo traveller. the staff were lovely and the breakfast was lovely.

Pros: Family room had a queen and two singles, which is nice. The town centre was an easy walk away and the neighbourhood has take away and a supermarket nearby. WiFi was fine.

Good price-quality relation

Pros: İts a local hotel with very kind staff. Even they dont speak english, very helpful. The room was clean and the location is good.

Good location with good price and nice people

Pros: The location is excellent, close to the city centre, but on a quiet spot. Can walk to the old town and also the main bus station from where can take shuttle to TGV station. The room facilities are quite new and very clean. Staff are very kind.

Cons: None
