Lovely hotel in a great location

Pros: Location - in the centre of town Breakfast - good selection for a vegetarian Maourie was incredible at making adjustments to my booking as requested which was very helpful and much appreciated

Perfect and brand new central urban stay in Aix-en-Provence

Pros: Perfect and brand new central urban stay in Aix-en-Provence. Great and new comfy beds (the corner rooms! are the most charming), great showers and storage. Good Restaurant on the main floor, doing roomservice too.

Cons: Unfortunately the brand new hotel was finished in a rush, so even new it’s not really good maintained. Our sink in the room was almost falling down and the cosmetic mirror 🪞was fixed at the height of my belly, makes no sense. Hope the hotel is going to fix this small stuff that nevertheless makes a difference!

A very pleasant weekend with very kind staff. Would stay there again for sure.

Pros: The hotel was very well located as we had a friend who was limited in walking so it was close to the main street of Aix and he got to experience the Saturday morning markets and the surrounding restaurants. I really liked the access to the Wellness Sports Club just around the corner. It is a good facility to have access to. The staff at the hotel were exceptional in accommodating our requests. The brasserie adjoined to the hotel has a very good menu and the food was delicious.

Cons: The pillows were too high but the staff member accommodated our request for lower pillows. That there is no bar fridge in the hotel rooms is a negative in my opinion, as a four star hotel, it was disappointing not to have use of a small fridge in the room.

One night in Aix

Pros: Location was excellent. The parking garage under the hotel was an added bonus. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

I definitively recommend it

Pros: The staff at reception was absolutely professional and kind . They helped me with the booking of taxi , they confirmed it again. And having an early start, on 25 December, I was provided with a breakfast to take away. The cleaness of the property impeccable . Breakfast with huge choice. Location is perfect , walking distance to the main parts of the city

First time in Axi-en-Provence, very nice place to visit.

Pros: This hotel was fantastic. It was right in the center of everything we wanted to see and do. The room was very clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We liked everything about the hotel.
