Superb hotel but the desk staff need to be more friendly and cheeky

Pros: Very beautiful hotel and very beautiful room and bathroom with nice l'Occitane products you can't beat that. Easy to fo in the city center at less than 10 minutes walk. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was very nice, with homemade pastries and the lady was also very friendly.

Cons: The reception staff was not great / friendly. Be aware that they will ask your bank card in case you forgot to pay an extra ...that put me off to be honest

Pros: Central location: a 5 minute walk to Cours Mirabeau (the main shopping and eating street) and a further few minutes' walk to museums and the cathedral. Very clean. I'd asked for a quiet room and got it, and I appreciated it. Good blackout curtains in the room. Lovely courtyard. Very good staff.

Cons: The shower cubicle needed a shelf or basket for the guest to put their own things on.

Wonderful, great value and location hotel

Pros: The location to the train station and Main Street is great. Beds comfortable and room big for Europe. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast great.

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel with a warm atmosphere. The room was spotless, pretty, and cozy, and the staff were wonderfully attentive.

Cons: The room was nice, clean, and very cozy. However, we didn’t appreciate that the toilet was located separately at the opposite end from the sink—it was quite inconvenient.
