Switzerland 🇨🇭

A calm and relaxing place to stay for a weekend.

Pros: Having a spa in the hotel is wonderful. Staff were always immediately responsive and helpful on any question. The elevator was broken and they offered a complementary Prosecco coupon to soften the inconvenience. The location was very convenient for the Saturday markets - very easy to walk to any of them. And close to a range of good restaurants.

Cons: Though there is parking available, it is very complicated to get to because of the number of one-way and restricted access streets. You will need to get the specific directions from the hotel prior to arrival - GPS will only get you lost.

Pros: The hotel is in the middle of the city center, so hyper practical. They also have a parking (which is relatively costly though). The staff was amazing and super helpful at all time; the suite was really spacious and elegantly designed and the beds extremely comfortable. It's a bit pricey but was definitely perfect for a weekend :)

Cons: Not well noise isolated. You literally heard everything on the street.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect, the building was beautiful and the room very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were excellent (not something I’ve said before about a hotel!) the breakfast was very good, served by friendly staff. We loved the Mirabeau Brasserie at lunchtime.

Cons: Only some slight noise from an adjacent bar late at night

Pros: Location was in the middle of the centre. It was perfect. The room had a lot of space which was nice. It's a great price for this hotel. The staff was also very friendly.

Cons: We weren't informed that you had to make a reservation for the spa, and opening - closing times varied by day. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the spa.

Pros: Clean & comfy, although tiny rooms. Very good restaurant. Fabulous location. Parking was closed (due to sporting event), but they kindly informed us beforehand and recommended the nearest public parking with a charger.

Cons: Lobby and entrance could be upgraded.
