Cute Hotel, Fun decor, great location,accommodating staff.

Pros: Location is excellent. Very close to art galleries we wanted to visit. Very close to city centre. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful- eggs, cheese,meats,many breads, excellent coffee. They provided many gluten-free breads for my husband.l

Cons: The drain in the shower was very, very slow so there was a flood after each shower. The electrical plugs in the room seemed loose. Not one plug in the room would hold the hairdryer but the plugs did hold our iPhone chargers??

A Great Holiday

Pros: A beautiful little authentic hotel. Rooms were small but this is clearly stated in the description. Staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was just what we needed for a day of exploring. Thank you for a lovely end to our mother daughter holiday.

Great location and fantastic breakfast

Pros: The hotel was very sweet and just what we were looking for. Location was excellent, so close to everything. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. Breakfast was a great experience and really well priced (15 euro) considering every other hotel we stayed charged 50 euros per person which works out to $89.00 AUS each.

Cons: Our room was street level and we had a lot of street noise, people yelling and fighting at 2:00am and 3:00am. There are double glazed windows which we had one open for air and I was too tired to close it.

Pros: We had a very nice stay during our honey moon in Provence. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and cozy. We also loved the breakfast. The position was perfect: in the city center but at the same time very quite.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful young man on reception. The hotel is situated in the beautiful Mazarin Quarter, and breakfast in the elegant breakfast room was lovely.

Great place to stay in Aix.

Pros: Great location, very nice room on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and it was quiet despite being so centrally located. The room is very small but utterly charming. The bed is exceptionally comfy and the shower is powerful. There is water provided in the room too.

Cons: There is no parking and the car park nearby is €20 per day. We managed to park on the road so ok after all. There is no lift and there are 57 steps to the top floor. Not a problem for us but could bother others. Those things aside I would definitely return. It’s a great place to stay in Aix.

Perfect location with friendly staff

Pros: Great location, very close to Cezanne museum, the beautiful main promenade and all the shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and responsive. Room is small but that's normal in France, but bed is comfortable, room is clean and quiet, and amenities are great.
