Pros: The staff is nice. I think it's the owner but he can speak a little japanese. That was nice. The location is my ideal. It's not the center of noise and is also good to access all the city.

Cons: AC is too old. I didn't need it actually but I tried to turn it on. It was stinky.

perfect location, accueil, and room.

Pros: I would highly recommend staying at Hotel des Arts. The location is really really great, the people are very kind, warm and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and have everything you could want. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Aix. Thank you!

Un hôtel bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil au top!

Pros: Pour moi l accueil est primordial et ici il était très sympathique. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était souriant, disponible . Quand on compare avec les prix habituels des hôtels en centre-ville, on peut dire que celui-ci, par son emplacement, est d un bon rapport qualité prix.
